How does the money-back guarantee work?
Complete your intro session, and if membership isn’t for you, request a refund within 48 hours. You’ll get your money back, minus a €200 intro fee. New members only.
How long are my hours valid?
The hours included in your membership don’t expire — they stay available for as long as you’re a member. Hour packs you purchase are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Do I need prior experience?
Membership suits people comfortable with A320 flows, or keen to learn them. Your intro session teaches you to operate the simulator on your own.
Can I fly with a co-pilot or a friend?
Yes — and flying is at its best that way. The A320 is a two-pilot aircraft, and as a member you can bring a co-pilot of your choice into the right seat: a friend, a fellow member, or someone new. Fly it as a crew — one flying, one monitoring.
What happens after the first year?
Your annual membership continues automatically for another year — we’ll remind you in good time before renewal, and you can switch to monthly or cancel before it happens. If the renewal catches you by surprise, you can still cancel within 30 days of the charge and get your money back (less any time flown). Your banked hours stay available for as long as your membership is active.
Can I cancel my membership?
Any time, and it’s straightforward. Your membership and hours stay active through the period you’ve already paid for. Your hours are available for as long as your membership is active.
