The Story Behind XLB Simulations
I've been an aviation enthusiast for as long as I can remember, and a flight simmer since the days of Microsoft Flight Simulator 98. What started as curiosity for flight eventually became a career. During my aeronautical engineering studies, I found my way into aircraft maintenance and later founded QOCO Systems in 2009 around a simple but ambitious vision: to digitalize aircraft maintenance.
Working within the aviation industry has been an incredible journey, but I've always felt that to truly understand aviation, you need to experience it — not only from the hangar or the data side, but also from the cockpit.

When we moved into new office premises, I decided it was time to take the next step and build a full-size A320 simulator right next door. From the beginning, the goal was clear: to create a professional simulator environment that connects the technical and operational sides of aviation, and at the same time makes high-fidelity flight simulation accessible to both serious enthusiasts and aviation professionals.
Today, the simulator is fully operational and already in active use by QOCO's employees, customers, and partners. It provides a bridge between different areas of aviation expertise, as well as a platform where enthusiasts can experience their hobby in a full-scale, true-to-life environment, and pilots can maintain and refine their skills while waiting for their next opportunity in the cockpit.
As we continue gathering experience and fine-tuning the setup for full production use, XLB Simulations will later open its doors to the wider aviation community — those who value realism, challenge, and the feeling of being truly in command.
